My many years of experience include representation of clients’ interests in complex legal disputes with state authorities; administrative disputes with other subjects of authority; disputes arising from contractual legal relations, etc. However, my main activity is aimed at applying the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”. The successful experience of conducting procurements helped on the part of the Customers – to build the process from planning to the execution of the contract, as well as on the part of the Participants – to take effective participation and become the winner of the bidding.
